Your first email was sent on 7/17 and unfortunately landed in our spam folder. Your follow-up was received on 7/21, and I responded on 7/22. When I didn’t hear back, I followed up again on 7/24. I received your response on 7/28, and your refund for the two missing towels was issued the following day, 7/29.
I’m a small business and personally handle customer service, packing, and shipping, and I absolutely want to make things right when there is an issue with an order. I apologize that your original email was caught by the spam filter and for the frustration that caused. I’m glad we were ultimately able to connect and get the missing items refunded.
