1. Order Processing

  • If you purchase this $2.99 shipping protection during check out and your package is lost, stolen, or undelivered, we'll replace it at no extra cost.
  • If you're worried, this gives you a little peace of mind! 

4. Delivery Times

  • Shipping Delays: Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Tracking Link: You can track your order's progress by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return shipping is paid for by the customer and can be started here. Refunds are given once the unused item has been received by us.
